The first phrase that comes to mind is: a cool friend to hang out with. It's so important to have chemistry and flirtation but beyond that, it's also so important to have stuff to talk about...and things in common. People tell me I have an "aura" or charisma. I am way beyond superficial and also appreciate the arts and have a deep connection with animal and human rights.I usually root for the underdog. I am down to earth and open minded. I am truly a chameleon and can be "fine dine and wine" or play darts at the local pub. I am looking for sincerity, affection ,and warm hands.....In exchange I will be patient, accept you for who you are, and be your best friend and companion.

I seem to have a better connection with alpha males. A confident man who has a quick wit and can make decisions in a split second is a huge plus. I like a man with self control, respect to all, and a positive can-do attitude.

It's important to me that personal space is honored when necessary. I think having some different interests is very healthy for a relationship. With that being said, it is also important to make time for each other. If you have 3 jobs and are raising 3 kids on your own, and you play golf every weekend with your friends(an extreme example, obviously) I applaud you for your courage(and energy!)...HOWEVER if your schedule leaves no time to get to know someone, or dating is sort of an "afterthought" in your life, I will respectfully have to decline putting in my time and energy getting to know you. I truly do need to feel important in someones life....not the "center of"...but I am interested in a serious relationship. That to me means spending time together..

I am affectionate and caring and a romantic at heart.Chemistry is extremely important and it doesn't come around all the time.....No one is perfect...and at this point in my life, I know what I need and don't need from a relationship...I am not willing to settle for less...and I don't expect much.
