Are you actually reading this? Hard to believe. To tell you the truth, I thought this forum would be a lot more active than it is. It's a ghost town. I don't quite understand why. It's a free site providing a service that at other places on the internet people are paying for. The fact is, I'm too cheap to pay for a romance website. Maybe it's a combination of cheapness and pride.
Well, since I'm writing this, you are going to have to read a little about my manner of thinking on interracial romance, dating, etc. I'm a white guy, as I said in the title. I like all women but over the years I've found various women-types more attractive than others. When I was about twenty I was attracted to older women. The 40-50 year range. That went on for about five years and then I started becoming attracted to Asian women. Why? Hell, I don't know. I can't explain it. But that went on for about two or three years. For about the last decade I've been attracted to black women. This has been by far my longest period of attraction to a specific woman type. I'm actually starting to believe it is permanent. It's not that I don't like white women, or Asian women. I'm attracted to them too, but black women are on the top of the list. If there's three women walking down the street, one white, one Asian, one black, all of equal attractiveness, my eyes will go to the black woman.
Over this ten years of my black woman attraction, I have never dated one, at least not a one-on-one date. I've worked with black women, I've lived in a condo complex with black women as neighbors, but I've never dated one. It's a combination of never getting a positive sign from any black woman, and shyness on my part. If I were the recepient of a hint from some black woman, I'd pursue it though. I'm not that shy. The field of black women in my life has always been small. And when you remove those who are not eligible, the numbers shrink even more.
So that about sums it up. Good thing to because I'm getting kind of tired of typing. And why should I type to have something posted in a ghost town?

My typing leaves a lot to be desired...never the less I wanted to commend you on your desire to date a black woman. As I read your post I could not help thinking about all the times I saw white men, and wished one of them would notice me and talk to me. I have ALWAYS been attracted to white men. Most white men would be surprised to find out how many black women would love to date them. The next time you see a pretty black woman, let her know you are interested in her. If she thinks you are serious, I believe you will finally get to date someone very special. Who knows.... it may even be me. God Bless!

`I've always been interested in white guys. Ever since I was little. But I guess it's because I'm mixed. I'm not sure. Either way when I came to live where I am now, people would be baffled that I didn't want to date black guys. I just shrugged it off as them being b*tth*les but I just now realized that maybe I am being prejudiced but I can't help it. White guys tend to treat women a little better.
