Loving life in Portland! Care to share it with me? I am a transplant to Portland and am proud to say I call this wonderful city my home. In my opinion, it is the new center for great thought in the United States. I love its history and architecture but most of all I love its querky people. Before Portland I lived in Texas for some years and before that I was born and raised in Michigan. I did alot of research when deciding where I wanted to live after leaving the Lone Pentegram State (Texas) and I decided on Portland because of the People, the Politics, the Powell's Book Stores, and of course, the pot.
